This is the last post from the first game.
Here's Hunter with a shot on goal.
The shot came in fast and low, and Jackson caught it in his glove, where you can see it if you click on the photo for the larger version.
Hunter used to have a distinctive metallic purple helmet, but he seems to have traded it in for this white one. Either it's new or he forgot his at home and this one is a loaner from the rink's lost and found. By its lack of scratches, I'd say it's new.
Matthew clears the puck.
Eric waits for the play.
Next up, the second game against our old rivals from District 1, Irondale.

"Suitable for framing" as usual. Any luck on getting the $7k lens purchase past Sophia?...Business expense? Can't that be written off as community goodwill?

Wait to you see the next batch! I didn't rent the lens until Saturday afternoon, after the Rochester game. Yes, it was a rental. It definitely wouldn't have been approved by accounting otherwise.
Rumor from the locker room is that Hunter won that helmet at the hockey expo!
