Third Game v Irondale, Part 1

The Spartans played the second game of the Wings of Spring tourney on Saturday, March 14, against Irondale, our old rival from District 1. At first, it looked like we were going to win easily. But they came roaring back with goals late in the game. Then in the closing seconds, they scored again, or seemed to. You'll have to wait until the last post in this series to see what happened. The game ended in a tie, with three goals a piece.

The combination of a brightly lit arena and a rental lens made for some sharp photos. In the next few posts there will be a photo of each player on the team, plus some of the action during the game.
